* Government of India Scholarship *
Scholarships are provided to students from classified castes, tribes, neo-Buddhists, and special category castes. Such students do not have to pay any fees at the time of admission to the college. However, they must submit all their educational documents with correct results and caste certificates within the stipulated time.
* Rules for Scholarship Disbursement *
- The scholarship amount will be deposited into your bank account.
- The scholarship application form (online) must be filled with accurate information and the hard copy submitted to the office before the last date.
- Student attendance will be considered for scholarship disbursement. Scholarships will not be given to students with less than 75% attendance.
- Students who fail the university’s annual examination will be deemed ineligible for the scholarship for that class.
- After considering all income aspects, if the parent’s monthly income is found to be above the limit, the student will be deemed ineligible.
* Procedure for Applying for Government of India Scholarship *
- Students from SC, ST, NT, OBC, SBC, and PwD categories must fill the application form online on the MahaDBT portal in the prescribed format and submit its printout to the college.
- Students must take due care and fill the application form carefully. Incomplete or incorrectly filled applications will not be considered.
* Documents to be attached with the Scholarship Form *
- Photocopy of TC (Transfer Certificate) for 10th & 12th Std – 1 copy each
- Photocopy of Marksheet for 10th & 12th Std – 1 copy each
- Current year’s income certificate from the Tehsil office.
- Photocopy of Caste Certificate – 1 copy
- For other backward classes, photocopy of Non-Creamy Layer certificate – 1 copy
- For students from outside the district, scholarship order number and district transfer certificate.
- If scholarship was not taken previously, a letter from the previous school stating that scholarship was not availed, and a gap affidavit from the Tehsil office.
- If there is a gap in education, an educational gap affidavit.
- Passport size photos – three (recently taken)
- Photocopy of Bank Passbook (from a nationalized bank) – 1 copy
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card – 1 copy
